Minot’s Ledge Light in Minot, MA. It is the only free standing lighthouse built from the sea floor up in the world. Shortly after that picture was taken the light house keepers were taken out of the light and it was made automated. Its also famous because the light blinks the pattern * **** *** (I love you). The lighthouse keeper in that photo barely survived the picture and its been iconic in the area ever since.
